We are Regiondo: a dynamic, fast-growing company. While we are headquartered in Munich, we feel like a European company with offices in France, Italy and Romania and teams in several more countries. Just like our customers: tour and activity providers from all over Europe.
With our innovative software solution and together with our partners Checkfront and Rezdy, we digitize their business and help them sell more: both through their own website and through external portals.

Regiondo is at the forefront of providing innovative booking software solutions for tour and activity operators worldwide. Our platform empowers businesses to streamline their operations, manage online bookings seamlessly, and expand their reach through multiple sales channels. What you will do
1. You will be responsible for establishing and developing the business relationship with our operators and key accounts on a social, structural, and qualitative level.
2. You will train, follow and help our operators in the technical implementation of our solution on CMS and sales channels.
3. You will support our customers as a reliable consultant. Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience.
4. You will derive improvement measures from complaints from our customers. In doing so, you will actively participate in improving our software product.
5. You will use your friendly attitude to conduct contract renegotiation or up-selling with our customers.
6. Occasionally, you will use your talents and skills during trainings or meetings at our operator’s offices.
What we are looking for
1. You have a professional experience in account management or similar position.
2. You are keen to present customers with a product that has real added value – and to make it fit their needs.
3. You have a strong affinity for technology (esp. API, HTML/CSS) and digital marketing metrics and tools (esp. Hubspot and Pendo)
4. You have an impressively purposeful manner and great commitment.
5. You speak German and English on a professional level, further languages would be considered a plus (esp. Spanish, French, Croatian, Greek, Dutch).
6. Past experiences in SaaS companies, especially in the tourism and tours & activities market would be considered as a plus.
