We are looking for a CRM Sales Operations Analyst to manage and enhance our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity to learn and develop new skills with Salesforce CRM while applying your strong analytical mindset and Excel expertise to real business challenges.
As CRM's single point of contact, you will oversee system updates, provide critical insights through data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Department: Insights & Intelligence
Principal Accountabilities
- CRM Data Management & Quality – Maintain data integrity through imports, updates, and cleansing while managing territories, contracts, and customers.
- System Optimization & Continuous Improvement – Identify enhancements to workflows, fields, and segmentations that align with business needs.
- CRM Administration & Support – Ensure accurate system configuration, set up users, and monitor retail classification updates.
- Reporting & Analytics – Develop dashboards and reports, analyze key sales KPIs, and support decision-making processes.
- Training & User Support – Lead training for new hires, provide refresher sessions and offer daily help-desk support for the Sales team.
- Sales Cycle Incentives Management – Adapt reports for incentive tracking, monitor KPIs, and oversee cycle preparation and closure.
Skills and Experience Required
- Background in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with CRM (desirable) and reporting/dashboard creation.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English & Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Critical thinker with a solution-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
