As the Content Marketing Manager, you will lead our external voice to the market in the form of compelling content. The ideal candidate is a dedicated marketer skilled in content creation and project management. You will be responsible for the management and production of content across core channels. The person will write, edit and design content in addition to managing our pool of content freelancers.
The ideal candidate will possess the strategic mindset of a growth marketer, the keen sense of detail of an editor, and a passion for knowing their audience.
Your content will be authentic, engaging and educational to our security audience. The security community has a high bar on what content they engage with and this person will strive to always exceed those expectations. This remote opportunity is tailored for those residing between the UTC and UTC-1 time zones

What You’ll Do
  • Develop tight, customer-focused technical content and brand messaging
  • Manage SEO and strive to win top performing keywords
  • Manage and write blog content and calendar
  • Work with marketing team to manage web content
  • Assist with writing event abstracts, social posts, promotional emails, campaign landing pages,
  • Work with leadership to develop the editorial content calendar
  • Provide editing services and oversee the editorial quality of external writers
  • Project management, including creating or overseeing a content request and creation process
  • Collaborate with and provide creative guidance to designers (print, advertising, social, and video)
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice for internal and external communications
  • Brief external agencies or contractors on branding, voice, and messaging
  • Work with leadership to create the strategic direction on our global content calendar—align with social, communications, and web
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Probely’s customer pain points, competitive messaging, and industry trends
What You Bring
  • 3-7 years of B2B content marketing experience ideally within the cybersecurity, devops or software industry
  • 3 years of working in a fast paced SaaS startup
  • Strong SEO skills
  • You are ready and willing to set up to work in a home office environment, in alignment with our “remote-first” culture.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment by embracing an experiment-driven, fail-fast culture
  • A relentless obsession and a deep sense of curiosity about our users and a drive to provide them with an exceptional experience
  • Expert level english language skills. Proven B2B content production in english is required
