What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Paid Media & Content Strategy Specialist to help grow our reach, visibility, and lead generation, across both paid channels and organic social.

You’ll develop strategy and do the work: writing content, launching ads, testing offers, and optimizing performance. This is a hands-on role, not one where you brief others to execute. You are the execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing a hands-on content and paid media strategy focused on B2B growth in the pharma/healthtech space
  • Creating and managing content across organic channels (especially LinkedIn)
  • Writing posts, prepping visuals, scheduling and publishing content yourself
  • Launching and optimizing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube, whatever makes sense)
  • Building smart funnels for our key audiences: Medical, Marketing, and Patient teams inside pharma
  • Testing messaging, landing pages, and CTAs and sharing insights with the team
  • Forecasting and reporting on performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, MQLs, etc.)
  • Collaborating with our video, content, and sales teams to align messaging and targeting

Your Toolkit Might Include

  • Ad platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads
  • Content planning & publishing tools: Notion, Airtable, Buffer, or Hootsuite
  • Analytics: GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics
  • Funnel & campaign optimization tools
  • Bonus points for familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or Clearbit

You Might Be a Fit If…

  • You’ve built and executed B2B content + paid strategies, ideally in pharma, healthtech, or SaaS
  • You’re a hands-on marketer who likes both the strategy and the actual doing
  • You understand how to communicate to different audiences inside pharma (e.g. HCPs vs marketers vs internal teams)
  • You’re comfortable making decisions based on performance data
  • You’re proactive, collaborative, and thrive in a remote-first, fast-moving team
  • You take ownership and move with purpose, no micromanaging here
