Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely information and manage management report templates in line with group GAAP;
- Perform group consolidation and monthly/annual reporting within deadlines and legal and internal standards, coordinating as needed;
- Provide required information for external audits at the group level;
- Support annual planning (budget and forecast), consolidating reports and finalizing budget/forecast packages;
- Maintain and update internal policies, procedures and work instructions;
- Oversee the BPO relationship, ensuring service levels and driving process improvements;
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and supervise tax matters in compliance with regulations and group policies;
- Identify improvements and harmonize procedures across sites;
- Assist the HoCF with finance areas (risk, treasury, M&A and training);
- Support incentive programs, from identification to submission, coordination and external reporting.
We are looking for:
- Higher education in Economics, Management or Accounting;
- Proven experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience in financial management, reporting, or group consolidation;
- Familiarity with international accounting standards;
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling;
- Advanced English (Spanish and Polish are a plus);
- Advanced skills in SAP and Excel (Power BI proficiency is an advantage);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent attention to detail and time management;
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
- High integrity and a focus on continuous improvement.
