ROLE: We now have an opportunity for an Administrative Executive possibility. We are a US based company. We have several employees in Portugal and will continue to expand our team there. This is a remote position that is intended to be long-term.

APPLICANTS: To be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive team player who communicates in English at an advanced level. We’re looking for someone with a great work ethic. This role would suit someone who is interested in assisting our CEO and our other executive team members with various projects, and being involved within different aspects of business to perform administrative, research, logistics, accounting and/or marketing and sales support TBD. We will train you!

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High attention to detail
- Fluent verbal/written English
- Excellent communicator
- 2+ years of admin, data entry or related experience
- Ability to work independently and as part if a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
