What you'll do as a Business Systems Analyst:
  • 50% of time, Assess business unit system needs and objectives, consulting with business units on challenges with current applications, enhancements, or functionality.
  • 50% of time, Lead technical administration of various systems, including but not limited to HubSpot, Salesloft, Zift, Gainsight, Salesforce, and others

  • Lead technical administration of various systems, including but not limited to HubSpot, Salesloft.
  • Utilize ETL tools to manage data transformations between marketing and channel systems, overseeing integrations with various tools.
  • Collaborate with other business operation teams on system administration, data integrity, centralized reporting, access management, and security management.
  • Manage user access, provision roles, and data access according to organizational data security policies and user roles, including customizing roles to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and audits of end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights in conjunction with IT Audit.
  • Act as the single point of contact for managing the Change Management processes in these systems.
  • Support end-user access issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Manage and monitor service details and notifications related to patching, critical updates, and downtime.
  • Ensure data model integrity and alignment across all key systems.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions across all marketing and channel systems.
What you'll bring to the Business Systems Analyst role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a systems analyst role, with at least 2 years in Marketing Automation Systems supporting a global user community.
  • Proficiency in governance and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Jira Service Management).
  • Experience with ETL tools for system integrations.
  • A consultative approach to engaging with internal teams and vendors, providing solutions and industry best practices.
  • An active listener keen on delivering tailored solutions to BitSight’s business needs.
  • A strong interest in the SaaS software industry and an eagerness to learn and apply industry best practices.
  • Leadership skills to manage both short-term and long-term projects involving team members at all company levels, both technical and non-technical.
