Your responsibilities are:

• develop and improve the skills of their team members,
• supervise manufacturing activities in terms of production, processes, maintenance, logistics and equipment,
• ensure the normal flow of production, within J.I.T. quality and delivery parameters,
• follow performance indicators and reporting daily occurrences,
• manage teams, coordinating and establishing objectives,
• ensure that all documents is according with the normal operation of the shift (line start-up checklist, TPM, TOP5, etc.),
• animate the different working groups with a view to improving performance (5S, TPM, productivity, Quality, HSSA, etc.),
• participate in and/or leading problem-solving groups in accordance with the defined methodology,
• intervening, if necessary, with support function technicians to resolve problems identified by the teams,
• participating in the implementation of improvement process changes.

This position can be yours if you have:

• at least 3 years' experience in a similar role in an industrial environment and/or university degree in the area or similar,
• knowledge of continuous improvement, quality and HSE tools,
• entrepreneurship, commitment, teamwork, continuous improvement and transparency, initiative and proactivity, good interpersonal relations,
• able to converse orally and in writing in Portuguese and English,
• availability for shifts,
• initiative, proactivity, leadership and commitment are essential,
• computer skills.
