We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

Provide services for customers of a medical device company developing and marketing insulin infusion system. Their goal is improving the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod delivery system. You will be providing services for Czech-speaking clients of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about insulin pumps and accessories.
• Provide information on Ypsomed’s products and services to help customers make informed choices.
• Help users connect insulin pumps to smartphone apps for smooth integration.
• Address inquiries with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
• Educate customers on proper insulin pump usage and management.
• Record customer interactions in the SAP CRM system for tracking and follow-ups.
• Report complex issues to higher-level support for resolution.
• Work with internal teams to provide efficient customer solutions.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Check in with customers to assess satisfaction and improvements.
• Manage complaints and oversee product returns as per company policies.

Requirements:

• Czech level at least C1-C2
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

• full time contract
• Salary without accommodation: 1270 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1068 euros gross / month
