Your new challenges which will inspire you:

• Review and evaluate business processes across the organization to identify potential inefficiencies that can be addressed through hyperautomation tools
• Establish and maintain robust requirement and specification management practices, ensuring that checklists are performed and defined standards are kept
• Work closely with IT business partners and development teams to deliver automation solutions
• Support users by offering training, creating easy-to-follow guides, and resolving any issues after implementation

Your profile that will convince us:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of hyperautomation technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Integration technologies etc.)
• Proficiency in process mapping and business process modeling tools (BPMN etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data and strong collaboration skills
