Our client is expanding, and their subsidiary in Portugal is looking for new talent to join the eCare Department!

They are currently seeking a Business Analyst who is both analytical and customer-focused, to help develop, enhance, and optimize chatbot and voicebot solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the support chat and chatbot solutions.
- Identify, estimate, and implement optimization opportunities.
- Translate process improvements into clear business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with customer journey owners to identify chatbot support opportunities.
- Monitor user behavior and intents to measure chat success and efficiency.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in conversational AI.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with AI/ChatBot solutions.
- Understanding of customer service operations and telecommunications processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
