We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

Work for one of the biggest Social Media platform for creating, sharing, and discovering short-form videos, known for its engaging content and algorithm-driven personalized feed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online content published in the German market
• Ensure that all information uploaded by users complies with guidelines based on the client's policies
• Become and stay informed about policies and community standards
• Provide and follow best practices to better achieve the client's KPIs
• Use the knowledge learned to propose internal or external improvement ideas.

Requirements:

• German level at least C1
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Salary without accommodation: 1560 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1240 euros gross / month
