We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

You will be providing services for a popular social media platform that allows users to create, share, and discover short-form videos. Launched in 2016, it has quickly become one of the most downloaded and widely used apps globally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
• Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client;
• Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role;
• Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proof of their complains, from drivers and customers.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

• full time contract
• Salary without accommodation: 1300 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 euros gross / month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package:

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
• Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
• Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1030 euros gross
• Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration
