We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

Provide services for German-speaking business clients of Zettle by Paypal; a Swedish financial technology company founded in April 2010. Launching its first app and service in 2011, the company offers a range of financial products including payments, point of sales, funding and partners applications.

What you will be doing:

• Customer support via telephone, chat and email;
• User onboarding (assistance in creating new accounts);
• Logistics (assisting users with orders);
• Technical assistance (troubleshooting the app, card reader and accessories);
• Financial (assisting users with questions about transactions, deposits, activity reports).

Requirements:

• Fluency in German language (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

• full time contract
• Salary without accommodation: 1310 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 990 euros gross / month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

CONTRACT:

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
• Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).

FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;
