We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

The project:

Support Norwegian speaking customers of an American-Canadian eye health products company based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. It is one of the world's largest suppliers of contact lenses, lens care products, pharmaceuticals, intraocular lenses, and other eye surgery products.

What you will be doing:

• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
• Offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
• Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
• Handling calls, emails, chats and other tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Norwegian language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon, Portugal
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

• Full time contract
• Base salary without accommodation: 1606€/month
• Base salary with accommodation: 1346€/month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
