Kylla was founded in 2002 after we identified a business and investor need for corporate finance and investment services that combined international reach with an entrepreneurial approach.

Associate Partner profile

You are an ambitious and collaborative financial expert with a solid network in the financial sector. You bring a keen understanding of corporate structuring and capital sourcing. You can work both independently and as part of a team, and enjoy being part of a dynamic, international environment. Your relationship-building skills and client-focused approach make you a strong asset in connecting businesses with investors. Experience in identifying opportunities and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients make you an ideal candidate for this role.

What you will be doing in this role

As an Associate Partner at Kylla, you play a key role in introducing potential clients and investors to the company. Although a full-time commitment will deliver the best income forecast, you have the option to take this role on a part-time basis. You have access to our investor database and Kylla Investor Circle, supporting your efforts to connect clients with capital opportunities. You also join bi-weekly Capital Calls to stay up to date on investment opportunities and join presentations with CEOs presenting their investment opportunities. Through access to Kylla’s CRM system and regular check-ins, you organise your work efficiently and align with our strategic objectives.

The Commitment Fee to become a Kylla Associate Partner is €3,000. This ensures access to premium resources, exclusive training, and Kylla’s global network.

• Commission-based income: Earn double commission payments based on your performance, both for your introductions and successful transactions.
• In-house training: Join our training program at our ‘s-Hertogenbosch office in The Netherlands to get up to speed, sharpen your skills, and gain practical know-how.
• Professional resources: Get a Kylla.com email address and access to Microsoft 365, to support efficient communication and operations.
• Professional presentation: Optional listing on Kylla’s website and personal Kylla business cards.
• Collaboration and development: Participate in weekly calls, access our CRM system and get support from experienced colleagues, enabling you to grow your network and drive client success.

Kylla offers flexibility to back up your dedication. We provide you with the tools and support to achieve a substantial, commission-based income and to develop a sustainable presence in the market.
