Caremark Galway are excited to recruit Care Assistants to relocate from Portugal to Galway Ireland
- Starting salary package €28,600 that includes accommodation, a company car and training
- Set days 4/5 days of work per week
- Community based work – we work in the person own home usually hour by hour. The senior carer role is to provide additional backup if we are short of staff in any area. Your roster will change on a day to day basis.
- Welcome package on arrival, to include pick up from Galway station, taxi to accommodation, groceries for the first week
- Full Induction Training, to include Theoretical induction, certified health and safety modules , manual handling and patient moving using the hoist , specific training when needed, shadowing with staff member in the field of work before you start you full time position
- On going support , on the road support from our line management team 365 days per year, on going supervisions and yearly appraisals
- Working as part of a support team
- At Caremark we have a strong focus on CPD , Continuing Professional Development
- Career projections – for example can apply for supervisor roles in the future.
- Salary projections -increase in salary reviewed
- Accommodation - contribution costs covered (except electricity/utilities including heating to be divided between staff) to contribution to rent , bin charges , Wifi, all maintenance, each staff has their own room
- Company Car -all costs and insurance covered.
- Must be a driver I full driving licence and experienced confident driver
- Must have a good level of English.
- Must have some health care experience or a strong willing to learn how to be a health care assistant.
