What you'll do:

• Act as the main point of contact between our company and the backoffice team, conducting daily check-ins and ensuring smooth communication.
• Support the onboarding process for new team members and help integrate new tasks for the backoffice team.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs, including time per ticket, number of tickets, and cost per ticket, ensuring targets are met and processes are optimized.
• Lead the way in driving process improvements, taking ownership of initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams such as Order Management, Sales, Account Managers, and Logistics, gaining valuable insights into our B2B operations.
• Be the go-to person for updating Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring alignment across teams.
