Project Manager Role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled at driving digital transformation, optimizing production workflows, and integrating smart factory solutions. Key responsibilities include managing ERP, MES, and supply chain systems to ensure continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and adherence to lean manufacturing principles. The role involves leveraging CI/CD pipelines, automation, and smart factory-based solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

• Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 – MES, Smart Factory, IIoT, Lean, Six Sigma
• DevOps & Automation – CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform

Experience

• Leading functional Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Automating infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible to improve scalability and performance
• Establishing DevOps best practices, integrating Git, Jenkins, and container-based deployments
• Designing and implementing DevOps toolchains for manufacturing systems, including CI/CD workflows
• Optimizing system automation using GitHub Actions and Kubernetes for continuous production support
• Developing infrastructure provisioning solutions in AWS/Azure with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Collaborating with MES and SCADA teams to enhance automated system monitoring and analytics
