What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Help customers with from simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.
- Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges
- Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Are available for rotating schedules
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
- You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
