Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Manage of the SLA agreed between the Site and IT Operations: track the consistent performance of the system, ensure it's functionality and direct it's day to day utilization and upkeep;
- Manage IT personnel on-site concerning objectives and results, assuring that each has a job description and a semi-annual individial review;
- Elaborate and track the IT Shared Services budget of the site, issuing or validating all the related IT purchases;
- Under this SLA, follow-up the permanent availability of the systems, ensure its good working, and co-ordinate or carry out the day to day exploitation tasks;
- With the coordination of IT Operations Region Manager, carry out the following tasks:
- Collect and follow up the requirements requested by the site;
- Ensure the ownership of the Systems by the user. If necessary, co-ordinate: training to user, creation and application of the procedures;
- Assure 1st & 2nd level functional & technical support on site critical applications (ERP, JIT, Supplier Kanban, TCO), and all kind of IT incidents reported by the users;
- Ensure the aplication of group standards, specially concerning: hardware, software, Security policy, software licences control, inventory, etc…
- Manage site contracts and the relationship with external suppliers, maintenance services for example;
- Defined and apply the IT procedures, including a Business Continuation Plan/Disaster Recovery Plan;
- Implement the new projects for local applications and infrastructures;
- Deliver a site monthly report, on the defined format, to the IT Region Manager.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Degree in management with specialization in Information Technology
- Experience at least 3 years of experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and understanding of when to escalate issues,
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population and demonstrate good interpersonal skills,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred,
- Good understanding of/interest in shop floor systems (sequencing, traceability etc.),
- Requires familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems; Win7, Win10, Server 2012, Server 2016 & Server 2019,
- Requires familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 2016 products and Office 365,
- Requires familiarity with software and hardware of PCs and network servers,
- Cisco Networking experience and/or training preferred,
- Ability to communicate and to negotiate;
- Fluent in English
