Your tasks:

• Plan, coordinate and control the activities of the VSO (Value Stream Organization);
• Ensure efficient planning/scaling of equipment and human resources related to VSO;
• Collaborate with the Department Leader in defining and controlling the evolution of the production budget;
• Lead the multidisciplinary VSO team;
• Lead, participate and dynamize Lean projects;
• Ensure an excellent understanding with the Department's suppliers (Electroplating, Machining, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement) and also with customers (Warehouse and Planning);
• Keep the Environment, Health and Safety action plans up to date;
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and handled, as well as promoting compliance with safety and health standards to minimize the occurrence of accidents at work.

Your profile:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials;
• Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles;
• Knowledge of Lean tools;
• Production management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
• Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills;
• Google tools command.
