The team supports but also performs specific controls on Global Markets and ALMT businesses, as well as other businesses of BNPP Group

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE

Administrate the Portfolio referential
Support various teams (business, risk, finance) in the creation or modification of Portfolios
Reconcile data referential between different systems
Support projects which impact Portfolio referential like FO reorganization, new businesses, new processes
Validate the Profits and Losses for certain specific portfolios
Perform transversal postings on P&L tools (e.g. Market fees for all GM activities)
Communicate to the P&L teams when we act transversally on their behalf

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
Analytical capacity (to investigate breaks in reconciliations)
Attention to detail
Curiosity
Team spirit
Knowledge or experience on the administration of a referential, Finance or Regulations (banking/trading, IAS classification) and in profit and loss
Knowledge on market fees (custodies, clearing, brokers)

The particularity of the team is to gather many transversal tasks, which can be grouped into two main categories: Management of Portfolio Referential; Transversal (i.e. on behalf of other teams) management of some elements of Profits & Losses (P&L)
