Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Update the inspection instructions, ensuring application and discipline;
• Approve the work instruction of the production line;
• Ensure respect of Control Plan;
• Be responsible for the implementation of Quality Tools (QRCI / 8D, Mandatory Rules / Poka yoke, Lessons Learnt, 7 Basics, SPC);
• Train and coach people of his perimeter on Quality Tools;
• Ensure that operators are trained and qualified in terms of product and process;
• Perform regular audits to ensure the respect of standardized work;
• Ensure that parts without any defects are delivered to the customer, and for each derogation there is an action plan followed by the plant;
• Be responsible for the containment within 24h (D3) for any complaint;
• Leads team members in problem-solving initiatives to fix issues on the line by using QRCI / 8D;
• Update daily quality indicators on the shop floor;
• Archive all quality records;
• Authority to stop non-conforming product and production with immediate escalation to the quality manager;

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

• Bachelor or equivalent experience (Quality, Production, Engineering)
• Engineering and manufacturing background
• Available to work by shifts;
• Quality foundation (capability study, SPC, FMEA, problem-solving methodology, Control Plan etc.)
• Strong analytical and proven team problem-solving skills;
• Continuous improvement attitude;
• English;
• Nice to have: Audit experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team player;
• Ability to anticipate issues and provide solutions;
• Strong attention to detail.
