We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

• Online recruitment process (phone call interview).

About the project:

You will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers of Bol.com; "A diverse online marketplace that caters to a wide array of products, providing a convenient platform for shoppers seeking variety and ease in their online experiences."

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients in the Dutch-speaking market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Provide information about digital products;
• Rerouting of issues to other departments.

You only need:

• Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1) and communicative level of English (at least B2) are required.
• EU citizenship or full working rights.

Your rewards:

• full time contract
• Salary without accommodation: 1300 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1040 euros gross / month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

For part-time:

• 30 hours: 858 Euro Gross per month
• 20 hours: 572 Euro Gross per month

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package:

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
• Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
• Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1030 euros gross
• Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration
