✅ As a Customer Support you will:

• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions (phone &email)
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
• Be point of contact for external sellers
• Provide information about digital products
• Escalate and reroute the issues to other departments

✅ Competitive salary and compensation system from 1250€gross /month (calculation for 40 hours/week):

• 980€ gross x 12 month - base salary
• 165€ / Month- Christmas bonus + holiday bonus
• 4.72 € / day (c.a. 105€ /Month) - Meal allowance
• Extra paid night shifts & weekends (according to the Portuguese law)

• Home office throughout Portugal (only mainland, except islands)

What do we expect:

• Fluency in Dutch (C2 - native level)
