✅ The Project

This project focuses on the sale of furniture and home decor items, with a particular emphasis on minimalist and functional design inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics. The range includes sofas, chairs, tables, and various decorative elements, all crafted with a commitment to quality and sustainability. With a strong online presence and physical stores, the project offers stylish and practical solutions for home furnishing.

As part of its expansion, we are looking for French-speaking team members to join our remote team operating throughout Portugal. You will be responsible for providing professional and personalized support to our customers throughout their purchasing journey.

✅ As a Customer Support you will:

• Support of all customers' requests in French, assisting with issues during and after orders
• Provide enthusiastic and professional support through inbound calls
• Inform customers about products and aim to close sales over the phone
• Help resolve delivery issues, including tracking, errors, and stock availability

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 880€ gross x 12months -basic salary,
• + 2 extra salaries per year
• up to 170€ gross monthly performance bonus,
• meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
• transport allowance: 20€ / month
• 30€ gross for each weekend worked

• Full time, employment contract, fixed term - first one for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
