You will be responsible to::

• Assist with logistics, planning, and coordination for internal events and employee engagement activities.
• Provide operational support for tradeshows, including setup, organization, and booth management.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of events, coordinating resources, materials, and schedules.
• Support in post-event evaluations to continuously improve processes.

Messaging, Content Development, and Digital Marketing Support

• Actively support content creation for social media platforms on a daily basis, ensuring timely and engaging messaging for external audiences.
• Assist in drafting and revising content for e-blasts, website pages, and other digital communications.
• Support ongoing content updates on the company’s websites and contribute to new page development.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content revisions align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
• Monitor web analytics and contribute to monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement and supporting SEO initiatives to increase the company's online reach.
• Help manage Google Ads and other paid advertising efforts as needed.
• Support email marketing activities, including lead generation, nurturing, segmentation, and external mailing list management.
• Assist in launching commercial offerings through Hovione’s owned media channels to maximize reach.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; a scientific background is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Basic knowledge of web content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as basic graphic design or video editing tools.
• Prior experience or internship in communications, event planning, or digital marketing is desirable.
