Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Propose tools using all digitals available (Palantir, ISO, …) to support P&T centers efficiency
• Write specifications lead associated developers and or develop the tool from scratch
• Develops the tools
• Once tool available, prepare deployement plan and provide training
• Identify inefficiencies and pain points on procurement process between all different MPTS platforms
• Write specifications using users feedback and workshops
• Track development and support deployment as well as tool implementation
• Identify and implement KPI

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Strong experience in process management in the procurement field
• Recognized leadership within FORVIA (~5 years seniority)
• Expertise in SAP / procurement process and supplier or third party management software
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques,
• Experience in negotiating (technical discussions) with external vendors (IT)
• Network animation, coaching/training and influencing/persuasion skills
• Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate mainly internally
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent English language knowledge: written and spoken
