Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed maintenance project plans and coordinate and manage all phases of tunnel maintenance projects, including inspections, repairs, rehabilitation, and upgrades.

• Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead teams of engineers, maintenance technicians and contractors and coordinate with them all to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to tunnel services.

• Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise for maintenance activities, ensuring all repairs meet best practices and engineering standards, and conduct technical assessments of tunnel systems to identify equipment requiring upgrade or rehabilitation.

• Risk Management and Safety Compliance: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

• Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the durability and reliability of completed repairs and upgrades.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports on maintenance activities, tunnel conditions and any issues encountered during the project.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. Relevant certifications in project management and tunneling are highly desirable.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on tunnel equipment maintenance.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding in tunnel technologies and systems.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of tunnel maintenance needs and repair techniques.
