Job Title: Director of Revenue Growth

Learntastic is a fast-growing eLearning platform offering high-quality, accredited courses globally. We are expanding our operational presence in Ukraine and are looking for a driven Director of Revenue Growth to lead initiatives that directly impact our top-line growth.

Role Overview:

The Director of Revenue Growth will focus on executing and optimizing operational strategies to drive revenue growth across our learner and corporate customer segments. You will work closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, and product teams to ensure that our revenue goals are consistently met and exceeded.

This role is hands-on and operational — focused on improving lead conversions, retention, upsells, cross-sells, and ensuring the alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success to maximize revenue at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Operations: Build and optimize operational processes that support revenue generation and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead Conversion: Track and enhance the customer acquisition funnel — from website visitors to paid customers.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales leadership to improve team productivity, qualification rates, and deal closures.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure tight coordination between marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales follow-up activities.
  • Customer Retention: Work with Customer Success to increase customer retention, renewals, and upsell rates.
  • Data & Reporting: Build weekly and monthly dashboards to track KPIs such as lead-to-sale rate, churn rate, average deal size, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Pricing & Promotions: Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies, bundles, and promotional campaigns.
  • New Revenue Channels: Identify and operationalize new revenue opportunities (e.g., corporate partnerships, channel sales, affiliate programs).
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine operational processes that impact revenue, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Management, or related roles in SaaS, EdTech, or digital businesses.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through operational improvements and cross-team initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and process-driven mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive outcomes across remote teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Shift Time - 9am CT - 5pm CT, Mon - Fri.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: 2,000.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
