What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

  • Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...), log call details into case management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers
  • Assist customers with post-sale issues such as missing or delayed packages, incorrect deliveries, or damaged items.
  • Resolve financial concerns like loan processing issues, double charges, and payment failures
  • Provide clear solutions while maintaining our client’s high standard of customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with logistics, finance, and technical support teams to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Turn problems into positive experiences by making customers feel heard and valued.
  • Work with urgency to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.

Your qualifications

  • Have a high level of German (oral and written) and proficiency in English
