✅ With this position we offer attractive project bonus - 1000€ gross:
- 250€ paid on the 4th month of contract
- 250€ paid on the 7th month of contract
- 250€ paid on the 10th month of contract
- 250€ paid on the 13th month of contract
✅ Location: Portugal, mainland
- Possible start date to choose: 3.07 & 31.07 (3rd July or 31st July)
- We offer remote work system all over Portugal (mainland)!
- We don’t need any experience, we offer training!
- Shifts system: Monday -Saturday (8:00 –19:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (Sunday +1 rotational day off)

We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds
- Provide inbound sales support and sell products to boost revenue, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics!)
- Keeping customers informed with regular status and resolution updates
- Record and track orders or requests, ensuring thorough documentation of all necessary data elements in the CRM according to client requirements, policies, and product
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- 1024 gross x 14 months (it's 1194€ gross x12 months) -basic salary
- up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- 20 €/month - Transport allowance
- plus EXTRA PROJECT BONUS - in total 1000€ gross (250€ gross paid after 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th month of contract!
