Your functions:
✅ Make/receive calls from different customers and respond to their requests,
✅ Responding to customer requests in the back office,
✅ Commercial skills according to projects
✅ Knowing how to respond to objections/complaints,
✅ Good computer skills (pack office,...)
What we expect from you:
✅ Fluency in French (oral/written): level C1/ C2 (mandatory prerequisite),
✅ Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT (mandatory prerequisite),
✅ Experience in the banking, retail sector ( recommended)
✅ Be proactive / resilient
✅ Experience in customer service will be an surplus value
✅ Available for variable and rotating hours (40h/week): Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm ( 2 days off in the week. Fixed Sunday + another rotating day).
