We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

You will be providing services for clients of an American multinational computer software company incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in San Jose, California. It has historically specialized in software for the creation and publication of a wide range of content, including graphics, photography, illustration, animation, multimedia/video, motion pictures, and print.

Your tasks:

• Processing customer inquiries;
• Customer contact via telephone, chat and email; mainly with IT managers and IT administrators;
• Processing inquiries from corporate customers of larger accounts or larger companies;
• Technical troubleshooting;
• Customer Account Management.

Requirements:

• German level at least C1
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

• full time contract
• Salary without accommodation: 1662 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1254 euros gross / month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
