✅ As a customer service representative you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Use automotive and digital product expertise to effectively solve problems.
• Maintain documentation in the CRM system and collaborate to improve the customer experience.
• Provide up-to-date information on offers and services to accurately support customers.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (including meal allowance):

• 1010€ gross x 14 months – basic salary
• Up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
• Meal allowance: 7.23€ net/day (approx. 145€ net/month in a voucher card)
• Transportation allowance: 20€ /month

• Fixed full-time employment contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (according to Portuguese law)

• Rotating work schedule: Monday to Sunday – 07:00 – 19:00 – days off – 2 rotative days (8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week, 5 days/week)

• You speak Dutch (at least C2 level)
• You speak English (at least B1 level)
• You live in Portugal
