We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

- Remote work in Portugal
The project:
Support German speaking customers of the world’s third-largest cruise brand as well as the leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region and Southern Africa, and the fastest-growing global cruise brand with a strong presence in the Caribbean, North America and the Far East markets.
What you will be doing:
- Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products
- Customer support for post-booking and booking management
- Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
- Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- You live anywhere in Portugal
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer
- Full time contract
- Base salary (gross): 1100€/month x 14
- Performance bonus (gross): 120€/month x 12
- Meal allowance: 6€/per working day (paid in meal card)
