Position Summary

NBS Lisbon is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide high quality and proactive support to different Nestlé units, both on administrative and organizational matters.

A day in the life of...

• 
  Provide general administrative support to internal Management Team and for external visits;
• Management of official mail and its distribution;
• Organize meetings - attendants and rooms;
• Organize travel arrangements and related travel expenses registration and reporting;
• Provide support to NBS Lisbon center administrative activities.

What will make you successful

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
• Methodical and well-organized individual, who knows how to work in a proactive and independent manner;
• Motivated, curious and open minded;
• Able to work under time pressure;
• Able to work on confidential topics;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
