Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Coffee Specialist. Reporting to the CRC Team Leader, this professional will be responsible for all the front office contacts with customers for the Nespresso brand.

A Day in the Life of...

  • Attend all types of contacts made by Nespresso customers via voice, email, or chat for both B2C and B2B business.
  • Welcome customers and identify their needs.
  • Advise customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
  • Initiate customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity about our complete range of products.
  • Conduct an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers to Technical Assistance as effectively as possible.
  • Maximize the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).

What Will Make You Successful

  • One to two years of experience in a customer-facing role (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English (preferable).
  • Good relational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
