Job Description

As an IT Application Owner, you will be responsible and accountable for the applications within the “IT HR Time and Workforce Management” team.

In your new role you will:

• Lead in requirements definition and analysis with business owner counterparts (HR)
• Analyze and evaluate requests together with external service partners and provide technical solutions and consulting to HR
• Ensure operational excellence and monitoring of service delivery and quality of external service partners
• Support innovation projects in your area of responsibility or within the “IT HR Time and Workforce Management” team
  

Your Profile

In order to establish a successful relationship with your customers, you listen actively and consider their points of view, thoughts and ideas. At the same time, you know how to balance your customers’ requirements with technical possibilities – and are able to show them the added value of our available solutions. You have the courage and passion to develop new and creative ideas and drive them to their full implementation. Furthermore, your open-minded, innovative and motivated spirit allow you to always be willing to take on responsibilities and grow with different topics.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Diploma or University Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field of studies
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an IT department or IT consulting company
• Already worked in a similar position managing and supporting IT tools
• Experience in HR domain with exposure to Time related processes
• Experience in web-based tools (e.g., .NET)
• Experience in Kronos would be ideal
• Fluent in English , German speaking would be helpful
