Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1100 (paid 14x per year) + Euro 80 gross p/m fixed language bonus and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 24x7

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Portugal, they are looking to recruit German Customer Support Agents. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.

The Role

Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting one of the world’s leading Automotive Group companies. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the voice of the brand across multiple communication channels – delivering professional, empathetic, and effective support to end users. You’ll play a key role in nurturing long-term customer relationships and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via chat, voice, and email channels.
• Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
• Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering a professional and efficient support experience.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a courteous and empathetic tone while handling a diverse range of customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal team members, management, and support departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Good command of English
• Previous Customer Support experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to details

Salary and benefits
