What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...), log call details into case management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers
- Assist customers with post-sale issues such as missing or delayed packages, incorrect deliveries, or damaged items.
- Resolve financial concerns like loan processing issues, double charges, and payment failures
- Provide clear solutions while maintaining our client’s high standard of customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with logistics, finance, and technical support teams to resolve cases efficiently.
- Turn problems into positive experiences by making customers feel heard and valued.
- Work with urgency to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.
Your qualifications

- Have a high level of Italian (oral and written) and proficiency in English
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Have the ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way
- Strong customer service-oriented skills
