I have found there are nerd politics culture running in Vodafone also there are a discminatery culture was there which creates difference between on roll and off rolls it's create huge hateness between off rolls employees

typical day not but yes morning time is exited for new faces of customer and also new problems face. also like supportive staff including store manager and back office support, most enjoyably part is birthday and traditional days celebration.

I like to do work in Vodafone company, but not with my salary ,because my financial conditions not good. that's the reason I want to change my job.I am happy with Vodafone rules and promoting, but salary is main reason.
I have worked in vodafone as executive activations for 1.5 yrs I am taking care of- • Ensuring Timely Prepaid & Postpaid activations within TAT. • Ensuring No errors & No deviation in process. Audit on Errors. • Preparing MIS on TAT for monthly basis & send to managers & also follow-up with sales team to maintain TAT. • Maintaining track for daily rejection, activated customers with physical verification. • Coordinating & Maintaining Team Work.
