Teleperformance is a great company if you want to move to another country. They help you so much with things like insurance and finding a flat. Also the whole workforce stayed together and helped each other. It was a great place for me to start my time abroad. The job was a bit difficult at the beginning but i figured out soon how i need to deal with angry customers. That improved my social skills a lot and know I can deal with all kinds of customers. I am glad that i got a job there.

8 hours in the phone arguing with customers to not leave the company services, i learned that our positive language can change the opinion of the customer, i love my colegues, the hardest part of the job is when my managers threat us like chids and idiots, the most enjoyable is when you achive your golds and you are the best all the time.
