Time Flew when the store was busy, good pay at 15 an hour. Downside where the managers, EXTREMELY rude to employees and customers as well. Managers have Favorites and seem to take their role to their head , they "discreetly" talk about each other during lunch and breaks, poor management overall.
It was a seasonal job. It’s sad that some managers and employees think they’re too boujee just cause they work at Coach. Some will straight give you attitude for no reason and make you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing when you do. It’s a simple job. Other than that great pay & some employees were really cool.
Great discounts & pay, good amount of time for breaks/lunch
Managers have favorites & are very rude.
Coach is a great company, it can be frustrating at times, there’s not many opportunities to move up within the company. Management could be Improved like many other places.
Meet new people, learn many new skills, pay is above minimum wage
Overwhelming at times, you’re bound to work weekends and most holidays.
Fast-paced work environment, which really tires you out. Few opportunities for advancement. Needed better structure but is a decent job for people still in school. Provides good hours.
Good hours, some flexibility, benefits offered
Lack of organization
you meet new customers and make conversations and make friends, i like retail because you get to talk to different people from different countries. and you get to know what they like and what they are shopping for.
unorganized management and breaks.
operational tasks assigned are broken down as- to two hour blocks mon-fri. I manage and construct weekly; cashier schedules; mentor 6 individual associates; maintain/train/follow-up, on store for client tracking system. Management is assigned to tasks hourly in order to support business flow in front and back of house. Protecting the service environment in a high volume store is essential and at times it is necessary to control traffic. Service oriented feedback is given to associates on an hourly basis as needed. Coaching on weekly sales goals is also provided and documented for continued growth.
great product, opportunities for bonuses
Advencement in position is challenging
